Typically used as a natural laundry booster, 20 Mule Team Borax, is an amazing product that can be used for anything and everything when it comes to cleaning. Prior to trying out the product, I had never heard of Borax let alone all the wonderful things it can do. I added it to my cleaning routine and was surprised by how effective it was at cleaning various areas of my home such as the bathroom and kitchen.

Borax is the common name for sodium tetraborate: a naturally occuring substance produced by the repeated evaporation of seasonal lakes. It is 100% natural and 99.5% pure having been removed from the ground, washed, dried and boxed. It is used a laundry booster and can be added to your regular laundry load with detergent and bleach; about 1/2 cup 20 Mule Team Borax per load.

Where I found 20 Mule Team Borax most helpful was in the bathroom and kitchen. I used 1/4 cup of product in my toilet bowl to help remove the grim. It can also be used to remove soap scum, hard water deposits and dirt from the shower stall, tub and walls. In the kitchen, I used 20 Mule Team Borax to clean my counter tops and microwave by dissolving 1/2 cup product into one gallon of hot water.
